We believe every worker deserves dignity, security, and opportunity. Our mission is to uplift daily wage earners, migrant laborers, domestic workers, street vendors, construction workers, and other unorganized sector communities through sustainable support programs and awareness initiatives.

Mr. N.Balamurgan founded BRM Foundation Trust in 2025 with a strong commitment to serve marginalized communities. His vision is to bridge the gap between unorganized workers and essential resources, creating pathways toward self-reliance and dignity.

BRM Foundation Trust 2025 ஆம் ஆண்டில் திரு. என். பாலமுருகன் அவர்களால் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. ஒழுங்கமைக்கப்படாத தொழிலாளர்கள் மற்றும் அவர்களின் குடும்பங்களின் வாழ்க்கையை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காக இந்த அறக்கட்டளை செயல்படுகிறது.
தினக்கூலி தொழிலாளர்கள், குடியேற்ற தொழிலாளர்கள், வீட்டு வேலைப்பாடுகள் செய்பவர்கள், கட்டுமான தொழிலாளர்கள், தெரு வியாபாரிகள் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு சமூக மக்களுக்கு கல்வி, சுகாதாரம், அரசு நலத்திட்டங்கள் மற்றும் வாழ்வாதார வாய்ப்புகளை எளிதாக பெற உதவுகிறோம்.
